What can I say about; Jeremy, Mike, and Multi Media Man crew, they are the best, no they are great, no they are awesome!!! I have had the pleasure of knowing this team for more then 5 years, they go above and beyond and exceed any expectations. I bought my new home, they were, I renovated my basement to a legal apartment, they were there, I changed my basement to Airbnb they were there. In fact one time I called because I needed to reset the clock and Jeremy answers the phone while boarding a plane and helped me, another time I was replacing a window and forgot to let them know, my carpenter had to stop, while I called Multi Media Man and again Jeremy guided the carpenter via phone through the process, as soon as the window was installed Mike was there to check things and ensure everything was in operating condition. Then I needed a battery replaced, immediately Mike and crew to my rescue. Yes, I have these guys on my speed dial, and I can go on about them and the exceptional service they provide. You are always safe and secure with Multi Media Man. They ROCK!!

Highly recommended. They installed my hard wire sound system throughout my home during the build. I personally first hired Jeremy and Mike to install our security system in 2016. They were so thorough we looked to them to install a wall mounted 50 inch television. I hired them again to complete my cinema room in 2017. I had an issue with my security alarm system in 2018 and they went above and beyond checking on my home when I was out of town. When I returned home they came to my home the very next day to replace a faulty sensor free of charge. Most recently (2019) a local Bell technician spent hours in my home and could not rectify a phone service issue. They popped by the next day and knew in seconds what the issue was and rectified it immediately. Loyal, once a customer always a customer, truly a knowledgeable team who will install, repair, or simply provide exceptional technical advise. Look no further. Thanks Multi-Media Man!

Mike installed a 50" flat screen with fully articulating wall mount onto our apartment wall that has steel studs. It took them very little time and they completely hid all wires and attached Eastlink box to back of TV so you don't see it. The TV and mount is solidly attached to the wall with bolts and certainly does not look like it will fall off. All for a very reasonable price. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I recently had my cell phone stolen while at work and thanks to our video surveillance system provided and installed by Multi Media Man the RCMP were able to clearly see the item being stolen and identify the person who took it. My phone was recovered and returned to me within 4 hours of when it was stolen. The RCMP officer was very impressed with the quality of the video and because of this they were more than satisfied with the evidence so they could move forward with their investigation. I have my phone back and the person was arrested and charged with theft.

For the last 10 years we have used Multi Media Man for all of our TV/Audio installs. We recently switched our alarm monitoring over to them because we really liked their service and we liked the fact that their monitoring station is here in Dartmouth. They automated our door locks and lights and even tied it into our alarm system. We love being able to arm/disarm our security system and also lock/unlock our doors from our smartphones. Great service and I highly recommend these guys
